At Prairie Fire Investigations, our top priority is supporting adjusters in the claims process through innovative technology and expert service. We understand the urgency of fire losses and ensure a professional is on-site promptly after a request. To better assist adjusters, we’ve expanded our capabilities by integrating cutting-edge 3D imaging technology alongside our existing drone tools. These advanced resources allow us to create precise floor plans, measurements, and interior imaging, offering a detailed view of the area of origin and flow paths complete with photographs and annotations. What better way to understand the dynamics of a complex fire scene than to walk through it - all from the comfort of your office. All documentation is time-stamped and court-admissible, ensuring accuracy and integrity while maintaining the privacy of all parties involved.
We collaborate closely with adjusters by focusing on the area of origin, while they concentrate on the collateral damages. This partnership enables us to deliver detailed visual evidence, including 3D images, all while investigating in accordance with NFPA 921 standards. Our process helps expedite scene release for restoration and prevents spoilage. Additionally, our accurate 2D floor plans eliminate the need for traditional hand -drawn methods often used by investigators, and by identifying potential subrogation opportunities, we help adjusters maximize recovery efforts and deliver exceptional service to their clients. That's just what we do, at Prairie Fire Investigations.
At Prairie Fire Investigations, we understand the importance of early scene documentation and memorialization well before the remediation process starts.
